This is a high-density typewriter fabric made from 80-count single yarn. It is starched twice, once at the fabric stage and once after production.
By processing the fabric twice, we give it a strong firmness and wrinkle-resistant texture.
(The fabric and starch processing are different from the previous UD02 series.) This starch processing will not come off even after washing, but it will become softer depending on the humidity, storage method, and how much it is kneaded.
*Since the fabric is dried at a fairly high temperature to allow the glue to set, there will be variations in shrinkage and texture.
