This is a high-density woven nylon twill fabric with a shrinkage rate of over 13% in the warp direction.
Originally, this fabric was made to create solid military-style items, but by dyeing it after production, it has been given a texture with a work-like feel.
Since the nylon product is dyed, there is a large difference in shrinkage between the length and width, resulting in strong and large puckering.
Also, because the shrinkage rate difference is large, the grain direction is changed taking into account the expansion and contraction characteristics of each part.
Therefore, it may appear that there are color differences between parts, but please note that this is because the direction of the twill weave changes.
Please understand that due to the large difference in shrinkage rate, there may be significant individual differences in the size and texture of the product.
