The outer fabric is a plain weave, high density typewriter fabric (see page 01) made from full-dull (non-glossy) polyester taslan-processed yarn, the middle is made from high performance medium fabric KOMATHERMO, and the lining is made from polyester lining which is then quilted with fine stitching.

Unlike regular padding materials, KOMATHERMO is a thin, lightweight woven fabric made of 59% polyester and 41% nylon, and is a high-tech material that has high insulation, heat retention, wind resistance, moisture absorption, heat generation, and durable anti-static properties. It does not contain spunbond, which is necessary when quilting padding materials, so it is thin and lightweight without being bulky, yet has the same performance as quilting with padding. The material can be washed at home.
