The outer material is a water-repellent typewriter that uses full dull polyester yarn for the warp and Taslan polyester yarn for the weft. This fabric is quilted with a piece of thermos sandwiched between a smooth polyester twill fabric with a slight sheen on the back.
Normally, quilting is done using spunbond, a non-woven fabric that prevents the filling from blowing out, but since KomaThermo is not filled with spunbond, it is thin, lightweight, and soft. Although it is a quilted fabric, it has no unnecessary thickness, is lightweight, slips well, and can be used without stress. You can wash it with water at home.
