This fabric is woven into a twill fabric using three types of polyester yarn: a black undyed (melange-like) polyester yarn similar to the top yarn of worsted wool, cationic yarn, and regular yarn. The fabric is thick, soft, does not cause pilling, and is warm, making it very easy to wear.

The polyester is dyed to create a texture that looks like it has been broken down.



It is possible to simply dye polyester at most dyeing factories, but it is technically extremely difficult to dye polyester stably without dyeing. This polyester product was dyed by a factory with advanced technology that prevents color transfer. By dyeing polyester fabric that does not easily pill, we have achieved both a good texture and stable physical properties.
