This fabric is made by weaving three types of polyester yarns, namely black dyed (melange style) polyester yarn similar to worsted wool top yarn, cationic yarn, and regular yarn, into a twill. It is thick, soft, does not pill easily, is warm, and is very comfortable to wear.

The polyester is garment dyed to give it a distressed look.



While polyester can be simply dyed at most dyeing factories, it is technically very difficult to dye it stably without color transfer. This polyester product dyeing was made possible by asking a factory with high technology to prevent color transfer. By product dyeing polyester fabric that is resistant to pilling, we were able to achieve both a good texture and stable physical properties.

Product washed / product dyed and tumble dried (90 Melange Grey is finished with a product wash under the same conditions as product dyeing.) *Individual differences such as uneven dyeing, wrinkles, size, and color may be visible.
