This fabric is made from plain weave lawn, using 185d heathered polyester yarn for the warp and weft, then dyed with polyester products.

At the fabric stage, the weave is loosely woven, similar to that of lawn fabric, but after product dyeing, it shrinks and the finished product becomes slightly denser.
