About Shipping
After payment is completed, the item will be shipped within 1 to 5 days.
The delivery company will be Sagawa Express.
*Ordered items will be shipped from one of our directly managed stores in Osaka, Tokyo, or Kyoto, or from our warehouse.
*Since the shipping origin is divided into multiple locations, if you order multiple items, they may be delivered in multiple packages. *Depending on the business days of our direct stores, it may take up to 5 days for delivery.
* If you are in a hurry or have a specific date and time in mind, we will do our best to accommodate you, so please let us know when you place your order.
* We are unable to respond to orders or inquiries on days when our directly managed stores are closed (irregular holidays). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping for purchases over 16,500 yen (tax included).
*However, if the delivery destination is Hokkaido, the shipping fee will be 770 yen, and if it is Okinawa Prefecture, the shipping fee will be 1,100 yen.
For purchases under 16,500 yen (tax included), shipping fees will vary depending on the delivery area.
* Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu regions: 770 yen
* Hokkaido 1,650 yen
* Okinawa Prefecture: 2,200 yen
Regarding handling fees for cash on delivery
If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, the following fees will be charged separately.
However, due to system reasons, it will not be reflected in the total amount at the time of ordering.
When you pay the delivery driver, the total amount you pay will be the product price plus the COD fee.

About international shipping
We are currently unable to ship internationally.
If the product is forwarded overseas using an overseas forwarding or purchasing agent, the scope of our responsibility is limited to delivery to the specified address in Japan and confirmation of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage to or defects in the product beyond that.
The return and refund rules in the Terms of Use are for customers with a shipping address within Japan. For overseas shipping, we cannot accept returns or refunds due to customer convenience.
