配送について
決済完了後、1日〜5日以内に商品を発送致します。
配送業者は佐川急便でのお届けになります。
※ ご注文商品は、大阪・東京・京都のいずれかの直営店及び弊社管轄倉庫から配送させて頂きます。
※配送元が複数に別れているため、複数点ご注文の場合は配送が複数口で対応する場合がございます。 ※直営店の営業日の都合により、配送までに最大5日間ほど日数がかかる場合もございます。
※ お急ぎの場合や日時指定がございましたら、可能な限りご対応致しますのでご注文時にお知らせ下さい。
※ 直営店のお休みの日（不定休）はご注文及びお問い合わせ等にご対応させて頂くことができません。ご迷惑お掛けしますが、何卒よろしくお願い致します。
配送料について
税込み金額16,500円以上お買い上げで送料無料です。
※ 但し配送先が北海道の場合は送料770円、沖縄県の場合は送料1,100円とさせて頂きます。
税込み16,500円未満のお買い上げの方は、お届けする地域によって送料が異なります。
※ 本州・四国・九州地方 770円
※ 北海道 1,650円
※ 沖縄県 2,200円
商品代引き発送の手数料について
支払い方法に商品代引きをお選び頂いた際、以下手数料が別途発生致します。
但しシステムの都合上、ご注文時の合計金額には反映されませんが、
配送ドライバーにお支払い頂く際、商品代金に代引き手数料を合わせた金額でのご請求となりますので、
予めご了承下さい。
【代引手数料 料金表】
・1円以上～1万円未満 330円
・1万円以上～3万円未満 440円
・3万円以上～10万円未満 660円
・10万円以上～ 1,100円
（この料金には消費税が含まれています。）
海外発送について
海外発送は現在承っておりません。
海外転送・購入代行業者などを利用して海外へ転送される場合、弊社の責任の範囲は日本国内の指定住所への配送およびその確認までとなり、それ以外の遅延・商品の破損・商品の不良に関しまして、一切の責任を負いかねます。
利用規約内の返品・返金ルールは、日本国内を発送先とされたお客様を対象とした規約となります。海外配送の場合は、お客様のご都合による返品・返金はお受けいたしかねます。
海外転送・購入代行業者のサービスに関しては各社へお問い合わせください。

We do not accept international shipments.
If you use an international forwarding/purchase agency to forward your order overseas, we are only responsible for delivery to the designated address in Japan and confirmation of delivery.
We are not responsible for any other problems (delays, damages, defects, etc.).
The return and refund rules in the Terms of Use are for customers who ship inside of Japan.
For international shipments, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason attributable to the customer.

返品について
不良品
・商品に不備があった場合、商品到着後5日以内にご連絡ください。
・商品の破損、その他、当店の不手際により不備が発生した場合は、当店にて送料を負担し、至急お取り替えいたします。
・イメージと異なる、気が変わった等、お客様都合による理由や一度ご使用になった商品の返品、交換はお受けできませんので、ご了承ください。
・サイズ違いに関しての交換の送料や振込手数料はお客様負担になります。
返品期限
・商品に不備があった場合、商品到着後5日以内にご連絡ください。
・商品の破損、その他、当店の不手際により不備が発生した場合は、当店にて送料を負担し、至急お取り替えいたします。
・イメージと異なる、気が変わった等、お客様都合による理由や一度ご使用になった商品の返品、交換はお受けできませんので、ご了承ください。
・商品到着後未使用であっても5日を過ぎますと、返品・交換をお受けいたしかねますのでご注意ください。
返品時の送料及び振込手数料
